for the past few months...we have randomly received call at odd hours. we dont mind to have people calling in at night...but not aroud or after midnight...haha.
so here is our official operation hours...we will respond your email and sms within these hours...but don't be surprised if you receives email from us during the weekends as we sometimes do log in to our email whenever we can

Dear customers...
What happen if your labels are not delivered on time? Our standard delivery is about 1 month...but if things went wrong and we are unable to deliver your labels by the end of the 1 month period, we will give you more discounts from your originally quoted price. RM10 will be deducted for each week your labels are delivered late.
e.g.:
artwork confirmed & deposit paid on 1st April 2010
Estimated Delivery Date(EDD) is on 1st May 2010
actual delivery(we inform you that your labels are ready) is on 10th May 2010
your discount is RM20
Please call or email us if you need further explanation about this.
